Golden View announced during a press conference the consultancy firms involved in its latest project, Golden Hub, in New Cairo. The event also covered key project details, the company’s vision, and recent updates.
Ahmed El-Sayed, Chairman of Golden View for Real Estate Development, explained that the project is a commercial, administrative, and medical complex spanning 10,000 square meters. It is located in the South El-Academya area of the Fifth Settlement and comprises a ground floor and three repeated upper floors designated for commercial, administrative, and medical use.
El-Sayed announced the signing of partnership contracts with several key entities, including CAD for commercial property management, Mohamed Hafez Engineering Office as architectural consultant, and ACE Consulting with the presence of Eng. Mourad Bakhoum as executive consultant. Etqan also joins as a marketing and commercial consultant.
Eng. Mohamed Hafez, CEO of Hafez Engineering Consultancy, praised Golden View’s rapid growth in the real estate sector and its unique vision for implementing a commercial project that stands out from others in the Fifth Settlement.
Eng. Mostafa Sobhy, CEO of Nama, emphasized that Golden Hub aims to deliver a fully integrated experience—one of its kind—designed to meet evolving customer needs.
Maha El-Fangary, General Manager of CAD Commercial Project Management, noted that Golden Hub is the largest project in South El-Academya. It enjoys a strategic location near 8 international schools, major universities, and residential compounds, ensuring high-quality service for a broad customer base.
El-Sayed reaffirmed Golden View’s commitment to delivering a high-value real estate product that truly serves its clients. He highlighted that Golden Hub is set to become a local icon, offering premium services, including the largest plaza in the area, which will host the first entertainment theater in South El-Academya, along with massive display screens for an exceptional viewing experience.
Additional features include top-tier security services, underground parking, and various recreational offerings such as padel courts and more.
El-Sayed also mentioned that the company is actively expanding in the real estate market and is currently exploring new investment opportunities in New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital.
